Supirocin-B Plus Ointment is a combination of two medicines: Mupirocin and Beclometasone which treat skin infections. Mupirocin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria on the skin by destroying the bacterial cell membrane. Beclometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
