Bexol DT Tablet is an anticholinergic medication. It works by decreasing the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain. This improves muscle control and reduces stiffness in Parkinson’s disease. It also improves movement disorder (restlessness, involuntary movements or muscle spasm) caused by certain other medicines.

Your symptoms may get better after a short time but do not stop taking it until you have finished a full course of treatment, even if you feel well. If you stop taking it early, some bacteria may survive, and the infection may come back. Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine and for a few days after stopping it. Floxip 500 Tablet should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. It may also cause constipation, dry mouth, blurred vision, Parkinsonism, and drowsiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness.
Before taking this medicine you should let your doctor know if you have jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), epilepsy, muscle weakness (myasthenia gravis), an underactive thyroid gland, increased pressure in the eye (glaucoma), enlarged prostate gland, liver, kidney, and heart problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor. Inform the doctor if you have ever abused alcohol.

It may take several weeks before your symptoms start to improve. You may need to take it for the rest of your life. If you stop taking it, your symptoms are likely to come back.
