Bisojoy-AM 5/5 Tablet is a combination of two antihypertensive medications. Bisoprolol slows down your heart rate and makes it easier for your heart to pump blood around your body. Amlodipine relaxes and widens blood vessels. It does this by blocking calcium going into muscles in the blood vessels.
