Cyblex S 60XR Tablet SR is a combination of two antidiabetic medications. Gliclazide increases the amount of insulin your pancreas makes. Insulin reduces blood sugar by helping the cells use/store glucose. Sitagliptin helps to control blood sugar levels by increasing substances (incretins) in the body that make the pancreas release more insulin. It also signals the liver to stop producing sugar (glucose) when there is too much sugar in the blood.
