Rexidin-M Forte Gel is a combination of three medicines: Lidocaine, Chlorhexidine Gluconate and Metronidazole, which treats mouth sores. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is an antiseptic and disinfectant which effectively cleans out the ulcer surface to prevent infection.
