Sebonac Gel is used to treat skin disorders caused by excessive thickening and scaling of the skin. It is used in conditions like psoriasis, ichthyosis, keratosis pilaris, palm and sole thickening, and certain types of warts and hyperkeratotic lesions, where the skin becomes hard, rough, or scaly. Sebonac Gel works by helping the outer layer of the skin shed more easily. This softens thickened skin, loosens scales, and allows healthier skin to form underneath, improving the appearance and comfort of affected areas.?Apply Sebonac Gel only to the affected skin, usually after washing and gently hydrating the area. Use it in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. Applying more than needed will not speed up results. Avoid covering the treated area tightly unless specifically advised, as this can increase absorption.There is limited data on the common side effects of this medicine. You may experience erythema (redness) and scaling if applied to open skin lesions. If severe redness, burning, or discomfort develops, stop the treatment and consult your doctor for advice.Sebonac Gel is for external use only and should not be applied to the eyes, mouth, or other mucous membranes.
