Trelegy Ellipta Powder For Inhalation is a combination of fluticasone furoate, umeclidinium, and vilanterol. Fluticasone Furoate works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies. Umeclidinium and vilanterol work by relaxing air passages in the lungs, making breathing easier.
