Vilfuro-G Capsule (10 Capsules Each) is a combination of three drugs. Vilanterol works by relaxing and opening air passages in the lungs. Fluticasone is in a class of medications called steroids. It works by reducing swelling in the airways. Glycopyrronium reduces airway secretions and relaxes the muscles around the airways in your lungs, making it easier to breathe.
